Some of the problem at times is that parents fail to exercise their right. We pre-think they have the legal power to remove any child at anytime, No they don't, getting your attorney on board quickly will atleast prevent them from spewing lies on their reports. Your attorney(experienced) would as well tell you how best to approach them and how best you answer some of their questions to avoid them from exploiting honest loopholes.
