On a planet that has prayed for us to give us so much, put our hands on the ground and plant our own food we will do something good for the planet, and it can also be a great alternative to relax the mind, working our hands can relieve stress and relieve anxiety.

The secret to a good salad is always to have fresh ingredients, and the freshest vegetables you can get are the ones you plant yourself. But what to do if your space is limited, if you live in an apartment, without a garden? The answer is the vegetables in the glasses. Although not all can be cultivated like this, many can, and very well! So, why not start your own vegetable garden in your glasses, save money, and enjoy your own fresh organic vegetables?

Important:

• Most vegetables and herbs need a deep container to grow, so you should take this consideration. We recommend the use of glasses of 20 to 25 liters. • It is also important that the container is able to drain correctly, therefore drilling holes of 1 cm diameter drain on its bottom (2 or 3 holes is sufficient).

2

• Before filling the glass with the floor, wash it with 3 liters of water mixed with a glass of sanitary water. This is going to kill the fungi and the bacteria in the glass.

• It is recommended that you buy a type of land that can be used for any purpose since it has the necessary nutrients for the plants.
• Invest in a liquid fertilizer bottle to make sure your plants are getting everything they need to grow and produce the best vegetables.

The best vegetables to grow in a glass:

1 lettuce

One of the easiest vegetables to grow, the lettuce seeds will grow well almost anywhere, then just sprinkle in the glass and give some water. In addition, you can plant a lot of different species in the same container. Important: The lettuce needs a lot of light, keep this in mind when choosing where to place the container.

2 Spinach

Like lettuce, spinach is easy to plant in a glass. Just play the seeds and give a little water. The best part is that you can simply cut the plant, and it will grow even more.

Spinach likes a good amount of sunlight, as well as adequate drainage.

3 Chard

Easy to grow, just plant the seeds and give water. When ready, cut the leaves and let the chard grow again.

5

4 Onion

It is incredibly easy to plant and can produce beautiful flowers. The only disadvantage is that it can take several months for it to be ready for harvest.

5 Tomatoes

Tomatoes stay very well in the glasses and, if you want faster results, plant the tomato-cherry. This is also a climbing plant, therefore place a grid. Important: It is harder to plant tomatoes in a pot, so it is better to buy seeds instead of seeds.

That feeling of having amazing salad mix😍. I love it taking salad in the morning most time, fresh salad is what the body needs @carlosluis.

Friend @carlosluis, practical contribution for those of us who have little space for planting and excellent information to consume much more frequent foods, taking advantage of the blessings of our nature.
