Makanan Anak Kos or Boarding Home's Staple Food "INDOMIE Kari Ayam"

Makanan Anak Kos or loosely translated is what we called any Staple Food for University Student or anyone who live away from Home Sweet Home.
It is quick, easy to prepare and cook, plus fulfilling at low budget.

Mostly, this sort of meals is instant noodle, which have many brand and variations these days. Though my favourite is still old school flavor and old brand, "Indomie Kari Ayam" - "INDOMIE Chicken Curry Flavor"

But I do like to put in a lot of different add-ins combination, such egg, veggies and sauces.

In this one, I added in Crispy duck, poach egg, ginseng leaves, and mustard green.

I managed to finish the whole lot while the bowl still warm.
