Our most typical habit is to have the full satisfaction especially when it comes to our meals..to have delicious foods on our tables and feed our hungry stomach without counting the ratios of our foods eaten..how wonderful feeling..but guess what, after our satisfaction there's worries formed behind how does the figure would be,how many kg added, felt regret, time to time..

People really want to change but need someone who cares, who shares and show concerns, who research for proper solutions on this critical issues to bring people into new hopes and to live in new lifestyle.

Through my wills to help our fellowmen, I did research on this subject indeed and personally witnessed the effectiveness, Let me introduced you the "New Ketogenic Diet";

The general breakdown of a keto diet looks like this:

*high in fat
*moderate in protein
*low in carb

There are different types;

1.Standard ketogenic diet (SKD): This is a very low-carb, moderate-protein and high-fat diet. It typically contains 75% fat, 20% protein and only 5% carbs (1).

2.Cyclical ketogenic diet (CKD): This diet involves periods of higher-carb refeeds, such as 5 ketogenic days followed by 2 high-carb days.

3.Targeted ketogenic diet (TKD): This diet allows you to add carbs around workouts.

4.High-protein ketogenic diet: This is similar to a standard ketogenic diet, but includes more protein. The ratio is often 60% fat, 35% protein and 5% carbs.

The ketogenic diet (keto) is a low-carb, high-fat diet. It lowers blood sugar and insulin levels, and shifts the body’s metabolism away from carbs and towards fat and ketones.

I hope this will help you guys.
