Hello Steemians

Welcome to the excellent #featheredfriday with thanks
to @melinda010100

Female Goldfinch
At first glance this appeared to be a female warbler, 113 species of warbler
in North America and 325 species in the rest of the world.
But thanks to @sketch.and.jam. I'm leaning toward a female goldfinch.
The single white bar as....

opposed to two for the warbler.

Thank you to the Cornell Lab of Ornithology for the map.

Nice Pine Warbler birds photography.

I always misidentify these as goldfiches at first glance.

Thanks for your support..as always...yes, especially during Winter, duller colours and their being puffy, makes many of them a bit more difficult.
I think you might be right though..the beak has a bit of conical shape, but the breast is more white then usual....

I have a migrating pine warbler somewhere in my archives. I'll see if i can find it. Here it isIMG_20160714_153432.jpg

nice...thanks...

They are so pretty and you got great photos of them. Thanks for posting to #featheredfriends!
