Well, it certainly drew me in even though I'm now somewhere in the middle so that's a good sign (found this on steemengine). It is difficult to get noticed for fiction around these parts for sure. I've mainly entered competitions - always worth a shot if there's a few Sbd up and the theme is fun! Nicely written piece :)
