Well, the main reason i stick it out when I'm in the throes of depression is because as a deiest agnostic I think there's a non-zero chance that i chose this while life thing in the first place. I dunno if that's true, but if it is than writing early would just be robbing myself.
I'm greedy, so I'm gonna hold off on that.
As for depression itself, i know that beast well. I've found that supplementing with k2-mk4 and choline bipartrate generally keeps away the outta nowhere depression streaks, and for those stressful times a dose of noopept when i first wake up keeps me going. I'm still stressed, but it doesn't bring on depression. I up my choline intake when I'm on noopept, as it uses serum choline during its magical process.
