A CHOICE

Who are you
Whats that smell
Got any food for two
Just take farewell

You who have lost
You who alone is
A choice not for most
I’ll give you and get lost

Revenge you seek
For those whose hurt
Alone you´ll be weak
I can help even if blurt

For in you I see
A glimmer in your eye
A need to be
And get back at them that lie

Farewell I say
With leaving you this
In the village I´ll stay
Until you’ve found your way

As the man turned
Walking towards the village
He whose burnt
Thought about the knowledge

Thinking all day
Thinking all night
Thinking in rain and suns ray
Thinking it through not taking a bite

To a conclusion he came
A month at end
He thought it all lame
But had to relent

Alone he was
A day´s walk to life
Half way he met a lass
At the point of a knife
