Which team will win the 2018 FIFA World Cup?

I’m going to do a total simulation of the tournament here. If you want to run your own simulation after reading my answer.
Here we are. Two strong teams reach the World Cup final, including the defending champions. After scoring a goal each, the teams head to extra time. It’s a strong and fierce fight, but the French come on top and win their second FIFA World Cup 2018.
