Though most times this is true...it's one Filipino trait that needs to change am afraid.
We go to school on time, we should still be on time when meeting friends or attending events. Respect and being conscientious to not hurt anyone's feeling to not let them waiting must be considered.Here in UK, the Brits are very particular with time. Mentality check is a good thing.

    Yeah right it has to be change and gradually it is changing. Being on time is a matter of respect. My employer is a belgian and time is of the essence.
