I wrote and directed 'Buy The Dip', an upcoming satirical film about Cryptocurrency. Here's the trailer.

Thought I'd introduce myself as I've been following Steemit for a while now and, finally, I feel like I have something to say!

I'm the writer and director of an upcoming Cryptocurrency comedy film called Buy The Dip. I released the trailer last week and it has had a brilliant response online. If you haven't already seen it, I'd love for you to check it out at

This was entirely self funded, shot on a tight budget, but with a really brilliant cast and crew. It's a short at the moment, but I intend for it to serve as a pilot for a satirical series based around current trends and technology. There are plenty of in-jokes and pointed references, but there will be plenty to enjoy for non-crypto types too.

I was interviewed by Bitcoinist Magazine in an article titled SATIRICAL FILM’S TRAILER PROVES YOU CAN LOVE CRYPTO – AND LAUGH ABOUT IT TOO and The Next Web referred to it as SILICON VALLEY FOR CRYPTO NERDS - BUT FUNNIER. Those are some big shoes to fill, but I really think we're on to something here and I can't wait to share the final product with you. For now, I'm hoping to get some traction going with the trailer ahead of the main release. I have further content in development and I have partnered with a publicist who is connected to an up and coming digital rights based ICO with a view to funding future projects with cryptocurrency. Traditional investors are unfamiliar with the space, but I genuinely think the entertainment industry, and film in particular is where cryptocurrency will truly come in to its own.

The goal is to make stuff, and making stuff that's funded by cryptocurrency, and incorporating the use of Blockchain technology is what will give crypto an inherent value that's built upon real world applications. Not hype.
