Experimental Project - Restyling web page

The project was born from my desire to show architectural photography in a different way than usual. The subjects are buildings or buildings with architectural forms that stimulate the imagination. Lines, depth and color become iconography, surfaces, contrast. Perspective, light or post-production can give a metaphysical aspect to what is static.

The perspective perception as it changes in the time frame between the first vision and after a more in-depth evaluation.
As soon as we look at an image, photograph or other, the eye sees in a general, total (indirect vision), the reaction time is fast, in a very short time begins to focus in smaller areas to focus on details, or more interesting parts of others, the attention increases, if there is stimulation, goes to read more in depth, detailed, the eye is concentrated in that area (direct vision).
It is in the first instant that the global vision gives a gross perception, and the object is recognized even if confused.
In the drawings discovered at "Villa Boscoreale", near Naples, a Roman Wall shows painting from 80 BC. to the AC, where the partial overlapping of the figures was used to indicate the depth of space. The perception of depth is nourished by multiple factors, our mind processes them, and therefore considerably affects our consciousness and our soul.

In the contemporary city, in the two-dimensionality of photography, the urban space full of information takes on a new meaning and consistency, the environmental diversifications in space are added to the temporal changes, and the city becomes unknown. The awareness of this change leads me to investigate focusing on the details, trying to follow this evolution.

Futuristic

The idea of resuming a palace photographing it with many shots was born by a necessity. Having only a 50 mm on the camera I was able to resume them with various shots for mounting in post-production work. Later I noticed that I could use all these images to discover a different way of creative expression, pushing the points of perspective. So I experienced the combination of some images of a certain point of spot, with other shots taken from another angle or other structure. Mixing the various groups of images I get a new perspective and new aesthetic vision of the structures.
