As we said earlier, FNTB tokens are sent to those wallets, where FNT tokens are. If you have lost access to your wallet, you stole it or it is a wallet that does not accept tokens (for example, the exchange) - we unfortunately can’t recover your funds, block your account or transfer tokens for a new one.
We are often asked the question “Where can I see how many tokens I received?”
The best platform to check tokens is Etherscan:

In the search box, you need to enter the address of your wallet and press the GO button.
Or open the link: https://etherscan.io/address/адрес кошелька#tokentxns
replacing the "wallet address" with the address of your ETH wallet.
We remind you how to add FNTB to your Ethereum wallet on MyEtherWallet:
- Go to the wallet website.
- Enter the wallet through Private Key or Keystore File (UTC / JSON) or in another convenient way.
- Under the transaction history, find the "Token balances" block.
- Choose "Add your own token".
- Fill in the data:
a) address of the smart contract token

c) decimals - 8
