How to Use the KYC Chain App in 5 Steps

We’ve now partnered with SelfKey (KYC Chain), which means token buyers can instantly and securely complete their KYC during the Invox Finance Token Sale. Here’s a rundown on how to use the app and complete yours.

1. Log In

The first thing you will need to do is log in. You can do this by entering the app link on your desktop or mobile device and proceeding with one of the following two options:

1. Sign in to begin the process
2. Sign in as an existing user

If this is your first time using the app, you will need to sign in to begin the process. Simply enter your email address, click on the robot filter and press “sign up” to get started.
Next, check your inbox where you should have received an invitation to continue your whitelist application.

2. Enter Your Details

Now that you have logged in, you can start filling out the information fields. While you are completing this you can use the “back” and “next” buttons at the bottom of the page to navigate. You will also see the following information displayed on this page:

• Terms and conditions of the project
• Access to your profile
• The summary of the process

3. Upload Documents

As is standard in any KYC application, you will be asked to submit some proof of identity documents (proof of address, photo I.D., passport). Click the “+add file” button and choose the file you would like to upload from your computer. From here you can also review, replace, download and delete uploaded files.

4. Add Additional Documents

It is possible to submit several documents as your response to one of the required fields. (For example, if you need to upload multiple files in order to submit the front and back of your photo I.D. card.) Simply use the “+add” button that appears below any of the files you have previously uploaded and you will be able to add additional documents.

5. Submit the Application

Review your application on the “Confirmation” page where you will find a summary of the details you have provided. If something has been missed, you will receive a notice below the required field. An option to submit the application will appear under the details summary once all the requirements have been filled out.

Press “Accept” and your application will be submitted.
