The incredible story of Professor #Reddy
The Incredible story of Professor Reddy
Professor REDDY was introduce to me by a client and neighbor of his as he was "browsing for some help to better his life".
After spending 20+ years in Pennsylvania he decided to move to the beautiful city of San Diego to take a sabbatical.
The thing to know about Doc Reddy is that he is a 40 years + right arm amputee and have developed tremendous amount of imbalance and dysfunction due to this loss of a limp, and everyday habits of seating with his patients, topped with a not so good diet. To say the least his health condition was to quote him, the one of " someone in a wheelchair but standing"
Avid squash players and several injury along the course of his life definitely made the imbalances even greater, therefore the way his movement patterns were running, (if I may use this expression) were impairing his ability to move properly and were causing a tremendous amount of pain and conditions such as Paresthesia*.
"I have a Paresthesia condition and I can't walk more than a 100 feet without seating and resting until it dissipate"
He decided to start training with me, and in his own word " I have to make a change now, in order to get to the first day of the rest of my life"
A few months later and after performing a tremendous brain body connection work, some mobility drills and core activation, we got him to start making connection with his body and he started to finally stand in a better posture. Eventually the fact that his core was getting stronger the Paresthesia was completely gone while standing!

Dr. Reddy is currently still training, he is probably my biggest inspirational client, and by far the most dedicated to his health. He's lost 25lbs and counting. But most importantly we gave him the ability to movement without pain because
Movement is LIFE !

*Paresthesia refers to a burning or prickling sensation that is usually felt in the hands, arms, legs, or feet, but can also occur in other parts of the body. The sensation, which happens without warning, is usually painless and described as tingling or numbness, skin crawling, or itching.
