Today’s thoughts

Felt good this morning so attacked the workout early. I can work out any time of the day however there is nothing quite like working out first thing in the morning. It really sets up the day right.... the main challenge is getting out of a warm bed on a cold December morning. Once you've climbed that small mountain, the world is your oyster!
