The road to health and fitness part 1

hello my friends of steemit
today i want to start a new chapter, this time i'll talk about how a normal person full time employed, can be succesfull and at the same time be in good shape, some of the benefits you get, and some personal experience so you can skip a few mistakes that can lead you to months of recovery due to injuries.

ok, so lets get started...

first of all, you need to understand that the most important change you need to do is no in your body, but in your mindset... in a regular day of work, a person can acquire a lot of stress and pressure, that in most of cases it could go away if you only let it go.I wont tell you not to worry about your problems, because the natural response is think about them, and that will only increase the attention you put into the small picture, transforming that load of stress in depression, frustration, etc

the best way to get rid of all that tension is to do something you like, something that distracts your attention from worrying for things that are not happening at this moment, things that probably wont happen anyways. The problem comes when fatigue adds up to the formula, you end up sitting on the couch watching tv, or behind the computer playing a game, etc... when this becomes an habit to break up stress, you find out you have become very sedentary, gain weight, feel even more tired than in the beggining, until at some point you realize that activity is not releasing the stress you have and it has become a very attractive habbit since the sloth has youchained to that couch.

So, the first important change you need to do is break those mental chains that have you anchored to small pleasure gratifications, make a commitment with yourself, that way you can't cheat... because in the end you can't lie to yourself, you will always see the lies, nobody can lie to itself. This part might sound easy, yeah haha, well no... it's the hardest part of the change and is where most of the people fail when try to redesign their lifes, so give it the attention it deserves, you will fail a few times, we all do... but don't make the failure an habit, because if you don't love yourself enough to make ammends, who does?

Take your time, meditate in silence and if you decide you love yourself enough and that you are tired enough of that condition, i'll be here to help you from the first steps until you achieve the goal, it doesn't matter if you have been 2 days or 20 years in that sedentary life, it doesn't matter if you weight 60kgs or 200kgs, the change can be done and i'll do my best to show you the way

Well, thats all for this part1, i hope you liked it, i'll try to keep up with this project, and a few more i have in mind, with as much consistency as the internet service and electricity allow me to, im from Venezuela and is not easy lol
