Nice introductory push workout. This would be very similar to the workouts I gave clients whose experience was limited (not insulting you in anyway).
I personally trained push/pull/legs splits for the first year of training. These can be very effective for stimulating initial growth, when followed with a diet that includes enough food to grow.
How long have you been training? I haven't looked at any of your other posts yet, forgive me if you have this posted elsewhere.
