BOOTY WORKOUT #1
Hola!
Here is my first ever fitness vlog. It was a killer workout! My glutes were on FIREEEE!
Hope you enjoy it!
Workout breakdown: 3 sets, 12 reps
-RB crab walks (12 reps to the left, 12 reps to the right)
-RB standing rear leg lifts (12 reps each leg)
-Low cable single leg RDL (12 reps each leg)
-Pause front squat (count to 3 seconds for the pause)
-Barbell hip thrusts (make sure you pause at the top)
