Gosh Swinging your weights is so tempting though, like its the gyming equivilent of lying to yourself. Like I can always do more swing reps and feel like i did more than doing actual reps and then feeling that sweet burn! But yeah i've tried to be more concious about it and not try to cheat myself anymore

PS. that first image makes me feel like I'll just never be ripped enoguh

Haha I totally agree, it is tempting sometimes!! But good for you to police your own reps, that's a lot easier said than done haha :) keep up the great work and thanks for your kind comments! :)
