Their latest product is the the BodyBoss 2.0. This thing allows you to use resistance training to simulate thousands of dollars worth of gym equipment with one simple product. I literally just found this today. So I’m still in the process of deciding whether or not to get one. I had to share it right away though, I haven’t seen anything this intuitive when it comes to fitness.
Do you have any fitness equipment? I like my stationary bike and have some weights. It's gardening season and yardwork time now though. That is a workout. lol
