Day 6 is Chest Day
Here's the workout for today.
•Flat bench press
•Dumbbell butterflies
•Incline bench
•Cable butterflies
•Decline bench
When I do the bench I will try and split my sets up so I will do the close grip on one set and the wide grip on the next set. From what I'm told, on the close grip, you are going to work the inner part of the pecks towards the middle of your chest and you can look more developed when you start having the gains show. I will also do the wide grip to work more of my pecks just for good measure.
