such a great reminder. thank you for this. i've had a real rough couple of months, in fact i'm still currently struggling to get back to the "fit" mindset. Thanks for the motivation, as always. ❤

Awww, you're so welcome! It can definitely be tough sometimes, I have had a similar experience recently myself actually... I got a little burned out training for crossfit, and I really needed a change - I decided to take a break from crossfit altogether, only lift weights and try some hot yoga, and I feel super refreshed! Maybe a change of routine would help? Hope you have a wonderful day, and thanks for reading and for your kind comment! :)
