Challenge Complete!

So I don't typically have computer access during the weekend unless I take my work computer home, so I missed posting.

Saturday - Arm Day! 310 reps

  • Standing EZ Bar Curl - 3x12
  • Tricep Dips - 3x10
  • Alt Dumbell Hammer Curl - 3x12
  • Cable Tricep Push Down - 3x12
  • Preacher Curl - 3x12
  • Cable Rope Tricep Extensions - 3x12
  • Cardio - 30 minutes running

Sunday - Recovery/Enjoying the amazing weather we had!! - Reps 100

  • Walking trails with the pup - 45 minutes

Monday - Back Day - Reps 144

  • RDL - 3x12
  • Dumbbell Rows - 3x12
  • Seated Cable Curls - 3x12
  • Cable Pull Downs - 3x12
  • Reverse Close Grip Pull Downs - 3x12

Rats. Sorry I missed those Sat/Sun reps. You can use your phone to access Steemit, just FYI if you ever need. You can log in with your posting key and shoot over just your basic rep count with a TBD to update if you're in a rush.

Great to see you following through on your own commitment though either way.

I may have to start doing that!
