please don't talk about calories
as a fitness instructor, it's my duty to not tell my clients what they're working out for or why
making comments about burning calories because of the holiday treats we're ingesting is super fucked up. we shouldn't be punishing ourselves for eating food. and i, as the instructor, should not make my clients feel like shit for eating food
so don't talk about calories, or holiday treats, or increasing the elusive thigh gap, or minimizing the natural shapes of our bodies
instruct in a way so each client can enjoy and thrive in their own personal workout journey
