Sunrise trot from Broadbeach to Surfers Paradise
So I've been up at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast in Queensland for the last 4 days or so. This afternoon we headed to Brisbane for a few days. I got a 5km Parkrun race out of the way on Saturday at Broadbeach Waters. This morning though I decided I wanted to get up nice and early before we left and beat the sunrise with a 10km run and get some shots of the sunrise when I finish.
While I didnt go out to set land speed records today, was a bit of a trot, I thought I'd share just some of the data and graphs that can be pulled from my Garmin Fenix 3 fitness watch.
