Weigh in today, week 50

Start weight - 22 stone 1 lb

Last week Weigh in - 16 stone 6.25lbs

Current weight - 16 stone 5.00lbs

Total Loss to date - 78.75 lbs

Pound and a quarter this week, pleased with that! am now 229 lbs and thats nice as im in the high 220s now...measured belly today - currently 42" so still big but down from 55" at the start.
