Pros and Cons of Entering a Fitness/Bikini Competition

Bikini Competitions - The oh-so-very popular trend in fitness and bodybuilding.

I have told various acquaintances that I wanted to do a bikini competition for a total of 4 times.

That’s a lot of times to say you’re committed to doing something, and not going through with it.

Because I deal with a mental illness every waking hour of my life... I tend to ‘flip flop’ with things. I say I want one thing but then the next hour I’ll drastically change my mind. I think this is due to the fact that I desperately WANT change, but just cannot muster up the energy to change.

So I made a list of Pros and Cons of entering a Bikini Competition:

Notice Mental Health is written twice.

Pro: Dieting and exercising HELPS MEEE STAY SANEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!! It gives me purpose, makes me feel good, and gives me a schedule to follow.

Con: If you don’t have a high intake of calories, there may be a mental strain on you. You will become irritated and HANGRY and annoyed. This will cause your relationships to suffer.

With all that nonsense being said, I have officially decided to enter a bikini competition!!!!!!!!!!!!
