- 30 sec x 3 - Wall sit (20)
- 12x3 Leg extensions (36)
- 12x3 Leg curls (36)
- 12x3 Calf Raise (36)
Sounds like guaranteed sore legs tomorrow... at this rate, you're going to be in amazing shape in the spring.
