Hi everyone! I am Brandon McKnight. I am the 19 year old APF Word Bench Press record holder from Florida. I am also a bodybuilder. I will be documenting my life and fitness on Steemit to help people learn and inspire others. I am 14 weeks out from competing in the NPC Florida Grand Prix show and then a month after will be competing for my IFBB PRO card at JR USAS. Right now I am still trying to add more muscle to my frame before its time to cut down and getting extremley lean for the upcoming shows I have. Wish me luck everyone , my goal is to become a IFBB pro before I turn 21 this July.
