UPDATE: The 10000km challenge & plankchallenge

Day  165 of the 10000km challenge:

Just done  40 km,  so there is  165 km left for this week.
Left total 5319 km

Also did my planks: 

3x 1:10min

Have you done your sport already? And if:  How often do you do exercises a week?
