Strength and Mobility training: German Hang
Gymanstics in my backyard!
The German hang is a gymnastics move to increase shoulder mobility while working on strength and stability at the same time. You start in a standing position and pull all the way through until legs reach a vertical position and the shoulders have rotated almost 360 degrees. Once you reach this position you want to hold for 15- 30 seconds then return to the starting position in a slow and controlled manner. I repeated this 5 times at the start of my workout.
