Fitness and Bodybuilding fair (FIBO 2018)

tremendously, completely overcrowded, inspiring and verry interesting
On Saturday 14.04.2018 I viseted the FIBO for the first time!
My girlfriend gave a ticket for the FIBO2018 to me, because I always want to be on the FIBO.
I would like to give you a litte report about the FIBO.

Our jorney started verry early, to be pointing, at 4:30 in the morning. We decided to drive by car to be independend to the Bus and Train. That was a verry good decision. Why? I will explain that in the following words.

But first, I start form the beginning. After we start our jorney to pass the 300Km to Cologne, we arrived at 8 am. The FIBO open up at 9 am. So 1 hour left after our car was parked. I sthought it is to much time, but that toughts changed very rapidly. We reached the exhibition centre and round about 1000 people wait in fornt of the entrence.( not good to see on the picture)

In spite of the high number of people in front of the doors, the admittance went very fast.
After we finally pass the entrence and we take curse the the wellness and relax area we thought it´s not high visited. That changed as we reached the influencer area.
I never saw that much people at one place.
This area was so overcrowded, but we decided to walk through.

I met a lot of influencers and well knowing faces, but I never had a chance to take a photo with them or talk to them. It´s understandable because they take üphotos all day long.
After we pass our way trough this area we walked to the nutrition area to buy something and try some foods. That was sucessful and I bought some BCAA´s

In the afternoon we started our trip back home. The traffic was low and because of the german Autobahn we can reach our home in round about 2 hours. Very exhausted and overtired ends the first day of FIBO.

RESULT: The FIBO is very interesting but overcrowded. If you dont like a lot of people at one place, don´t go to the FIBO on saturday.
