Old school Bodybuilding
Frank zane is easily one of the best bodybuilders of all time and this is why I train hard every day to become and aspire to be like Zane and and the other classic bodybuilders (Arnold Schwarzenegger, franco columbo, Steve reeves) these were the days when bodybuilding was an art. I'm going to try help bring that classic old school look back!
