I don't like to eat too late, but it's part of the culture in some countries. I don't give it too much thought, but I assume I'll digest my food a little better when awake and active.

i'm with you. I keep some healthy snacks or just protein heavy things like cheese in the fridge for when i get the late night hunger pangs. One of my favorites is sharp cheddar sliced and put on top of a cucumber with Tabasco on top! That normally does the trick
