It's hard to recommend a fitness plan without knowing your goals, workout history, if you have any injuries, and without assessing your posture or movement patterns for potential imbalances that might limit your range of motion or cause discomfort and pain in the joints with certain movements.

My thoughts on creatine are that it works for most people (not all, but most) and I definitely think it helps with building muscle. Most people believe that once you stop taking creatine you lose all your gains but that simply isn't true as I have managed to maintain gains even when cycling off of it. People usually stop taking creatine and stop working out all together and that's why they lose their gains. In my opinion it's one of only a handful of supplements that actually work
