It seems as of late that the whales have stopped flagging each other most likely because the miss their huge payouts, nt because they have acquired a damn bit of common sense but as a surprise side effect groups of shitty little downvote bots that have downvote worth nothing have popped up everywhere and have started to downvote content that is perfectly fine. These filthy little shits have found their way to every corner of steemit. If they somehow gain any SP they will kill every newbie account on steemit that has a negative SP amount in their account. What a pathetic bunch of losers you have to be to make a downvote bot army to indescrimanantly flag people.
