RE: Heliocentrism debunked in 5 minutes! Earth is flat!

no. just no. i'm not even going to watch it because i don't want my youtube feed filled with flatearth nonsense.

get on a boat and sail towards a lighthouse from about 30miles away. you can determine the exact distance at which the light will become visible using an equation that takes into account the height of the light above sea level, the height of your eyes above sea level, and the radius of the SPHERICAL earth. when you get to this distance from the lighthouse the light will pop into view. before you get close enough you can often see the beam of light reflected from any mist/fog/clouds as it sweeps around. only when you get to the distance denoted by the equation will the light itself come into view. THE CURVATURE OF THE EARTH BLOCKS IT FROM YOUR SIGHT. you live on a ball. don't believe all the retarded shit that idiot trolls post on youtube. really.

I think the whole 'flat earth' theory is a very clever 'poison the well' tactic of NASA. People are figuring out that the moon landings were fake and are questioning NASA, and now suddenly there are people saying that NASA is lying about the earth being round. This conflates the two (poisoning the well), and makes it that if you doubt NASA you are mixed in with flat earthers.

Example: "Oh, you don't believe in moon landings? What are you, one of those flat earthers?"

maybe... it's either a bad joke thats gone too far or some kind of cointel psyop with nefarious purposes...
