With the cold weather, the preparation of warm food for the whole family is still united and the hotpot is always a good suggestion. Hotpot carp is a great choice for those who like the hot pot dishes sour spicy, spicy sweet water fish, the food is not boring.
Materials :
Carp: 1 child is about 1.5kg
tofu
ribs: 0.4kg
chilly pickle...
Tomatoes, lemongrass, ginger, dried onion, green onion, dill, raw vegetables, fresh peppers
Spices: Fish sauce, salt, main noodles, pepper.
making :
Fish washed, some sugar on both sides, for spices, lemon grass, ginger minced into marinated.
Pickles washed with water
Fried tofu, cut into square pieces
