I fried them over low heat for about 15 minutes because I only had a little oil left. You can fry on high heat covered with oil for 5 minutes.

It is dipped in chili sauce or ketchup and eaten with cucumber. This fried sausage is a awesome nosh, they make it so crusty and crunchy on the outside but soft and pillowy on the inside that it sort of crumbles in on itself when you take a bite

The yellow fried fermented pork rolls are crispy and sweet.

Fish balls are one of the many Vietnamese street foods and definitely a favorite by kids. I guess the fish ball is 70% flour, 30% fish, it's a snack usually sold at the school gate. Due to its popularity and it being readily available and sold by street vendors all over the city. Served on a skewer and dipped on a chili sauce. Fish Balls are typically small in size, a skewer usually has 5 balls.

Corn is crispy and sweet, that's why I love this dish. I usually fry them in high heat and then mix them with butter and condensed milk.
