Egg salty salad
Egg salty salad are popular dish in the Philippines in Tagalog they called this dish itlog na maalat.
This kind of dish is easy to prepare.
You need:
Salty egg (itlog na maalat)
Onion (sibuyas)
Tamatos (kamatis)
Preparation:
Slice the tomato in a cube sice (don't forget wash the tomato first)
Put the tamatos Dice in bowl
Next cut the saltyegg in middle( use table spoon to remove the saltyegg on a shell and cut the salty egg in cube size)
Put again in a bowl with the tomato
And last cut the onion into small pieces. (This is what it looks)
Put them all together in bowl and mix
Finally done. . Have a nice day. . Easy to prepare and healthy food.
