In the pan are some sweet onions caramelizing with a honey, tamari, ginger, and garlic marinated pork chop, direct from the Farmer's Market today! On the side were having quarter-sides asparagus! All basted in olive oil and a lil butter ;)
And yes, this is healthy! I lost 40lbs to this diet ;)
i love cooking with onions, but dont eat pork - however you seem to be on your way to an epicurean masterpiece ( epicurean - hope i spelled that big word correctly )
