How to prepare
Wash the rice under water and put enough warm water on it, leave it drained for half an hour, and then drain it thoroughly from the water.
Put in a large pot of sufficient water and put it on the fire to boil then add chicken pieces, tomatoes, parsley, and two pieces of onions to quarters, garlic section, pepper section.
Add a tablespoon of salt, halal, cinnamon, bay leaves, saffron, ginger, and a tablespoon of spices and turmeric. Leave the chicken for only one-quarter of a quarter of the heat or until fully cooked.
Put the chicken in a tray, then put it in the tomato paste mixed with yogurt and set aside.
Put the oil in a saucepan on the fire, add the meat to the meat and stir them to dry the water, then put the chopped onion finely and turn until the onions fade.
Add the remaining ingredients to the meat, garlic, mashed, spices, salt, hal, and black pepper, then add rice and stir them.
Half the chicken broth, and pour six cups on the rice, then leave the rice on medium heat to boil the broth, then heat the fire and leave until it is fully cooked.
