Hmm banana ice cream with coconut! Just ordered (well actually a while ago, but Cambodia post is slow) popsicle molds. When they arrive I'll give this a try! Thanks for sharing!
Have fun with your popsicle molds when they arrive. You'll be able to use a lot of your fruit smoothie recipes as frozen treats. :)
