Ingredients:
for the dough:
- wheat flour - 3 stack.
- chicken egg-1 PC .
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- water-1,5 Stak.

for the filling:
- beef-0.7 kg.
- lamb-0.3 kg.
- onion - 2 PCs .
- cilantro - 1 bunch
Sol "Svan" - 1 tsp.
Preparation:
- Sift half the flour so that the slide turns out.

- Cover the dough with a towel and leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
- After rest, add the remaining flour, knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Cover again with a towel and set aside for 30 minutes.
- After that, knead again the dough should not stick to your hands. If still sticking, add more flour.
- Chop the meat, coriander, onion.
- Salt with Svan salt, mix everything and add some water (about 0.5 cups) to the stuffing. Don't pour it all at once, but in parts, all at once stirring.
- From the dough roll out the layer, make circles and roll them into thin pellets.
- Put the minced tablespoon and semipelite in a special way.
- Boil in salted water in a large container.
- Cook khinkali for about 15-20 minutes.
