Raw chocolate cake with silky tofu 🙋🏼🍫
I made this chocolate cake 🙋🏼The chocolate layer is filled with healthy plant based protein from the soy in silky tofu. The smoothness is craaazy. Never baked ever before with tofu but I think I will trade my cashews for silky tofu in raw desserts from now. Much more smooth🙌🏻🙈 .
CRUST
1 ½ cup whole buckwheat
10 dates
FILLING
200g silky tofu
4 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp oat cream
½ cup agave syrup
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp peanutbutter
STEPS
- Blend together the dates and buckwheat.
- Put the batter in a form.
- Blend together the tofu, cacao powder, oat cream, agave syrup, salt and peanutbutter in a blender.
- Pour the chocoalte filling over the crust.
- Freeze for 3 – 4 hours.
