Pisa Mutton 200g
Onions 1 finely chopped
Potato 2 boiled
Corn flour 1 cup
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Green chilli 2
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala 1/2 Tablespoon
Chilli 1/2 teaspoon
Green coriander 2 teaspoon finely chopped
Chana Masala 1/2 Tablespoon
1 cup of oil
Salt to taste
Method :
First, heat one spoon of oil in the pan and fry the onion and keep it until golden.
Now add grated mutan (minced meat) into it and cook it for a while and fry it on medium flame by adding ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
After roasting, add red chilli, chaat masala, salt and garam masala and cook on a light flame.
After this, add chopped coriander and half cup water and cover the mutton for 10 minutes.
When mutton is cooked well, close the gas and keep it separate for cooling.
After cooling, boil the boiled potatoes thoroughly and mix them well in this mixture.
Mix the salt and corn flour with 2 spoons of water in the prepared mint mixture, and mix it like a dough.
Now cut off the small lot and press the hand to make the cutlets.
Grate the oil in the pan to heat the oil. When it is warm, put the cutlet in it until it turns golden.
Prepare your mutton kettle with warm hot sauce or sauce.
