Simple and plant - based lunch
Today I decided to share a photo of my lunch that was made by me in less than 25 minutes.
Some of the ingredients were grown by me and some of them were bought in a local grocery shop but most of them had eko certificate.
I eat mostly plant based food because vegan diet reduces the potential for many chronic diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, cancer ...) and is suitable for people at all times, including infants, children, teenagers, pregnant women, nursing mothers and athletes. This is confirmed by a number of independent research by respectable international food organizations.
