Trying Festive Bao Buns from Lidl 😃

I recently tried these festive bao buns from Lidl.

I really like the cute reindeer design on them, I think it's really sweet and eye catching.

An especially festive snack!

The packaging is very simple but festive and definitely caught my eye!

The box states that these bao buns contain vegetables and mushrooms, specifically with:

• king oyster mushrooms,
• sweetcorn,
• carrot,
• peppers,
• shiitake mushrooms

I've had those ingredients separately before, apart from those specific mushrooms, but I did really enjoy them all together! it was a very delicious combination in my opinion!

To eat these bao buns, you need to microwave them on a plate for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. You also need to add a teaspoon of water on the plate to keep it moist.

They came out very soft! I did enjoy them, but my one issue with these bao buns/the whole process is that the bottoms came out too soggy and stuck to the plate I was using, the texture threw me off a lot when eating them so I did struggle a bit... I did enjoy the flavor and I do really like bao buns.

These cost £2.99 which is roughly 18 STEEM.

I think I would get these again, but I would want to figure out a solution to cooking them and stopping it from getting soggy.
