Spicy pickled cucumbers
So pickles got sharp,you will need a very sharp pepper!You can use chili,light or room mini Chile as me.So let's see how to cook spicy pickles!

The finished pickles store in a cool and dark place to "demand".When buying cucumbers for preserving,be sure to ask the seller if they are suitable for this.Very often in the markets you can find such varieties that are suitable only for fresh salads.
Ingredients:
Cucumbers — 1 Kg
Chili little — 2 Pieces (on the Bank)
Garlic — 1 Clove (Bank)
Water for the marinade — 1 Liter
Salt — 3 Tbsp. spoon
Sugar — 2 Tbsp. spoon
Vinegar 9% — 2 tbsp. spoon
Greens — 1 Bunch (leaves of cherry, currant, mint, horseradish)
Prepare the cucumbers,spices and sterile jars with lids.The cucumbers cut off the tails,let them soak for 2 hours in ice water.
At the bottom of the jar place the spices and greens: a few leaves of cherry,currant, a sprig of mint,horseradish,garlic sobachku.
Tightly put cucumbers in jars,insert 1-2 peppers.
Water,salt,sugar and vinegar to make a marinade with water, bring to boil,dissolve in it the salt and sugar,pour in the vinegar,then turn off the heat.Prepared marinade pour over jars of pickles.Place the jar in hot water, sterilize every 5 minutes.After the jar roll.Flip them upside down and leave to cool.
